We really enjoyed dinner here! Our waiter Justin was great, you could tell they had been open only a few days as he had to check a few things but he was straight back with an answer, (nothing better than seeing that the staff can ask when they don?t have anautomatic answer! Where to start?we ordered curbside that was supposed to be ready at 6:48 PM, and we did not receive our food until 7:06 PM. That?s a lot of time waiting and wasting gas. Best freaking gluten free pasta I?ve had in my entire life. Service was outstanding, a bit of a wait because they were busy but it was so worth it. I ordered a salmon dish with a side of gluten free pasta and lemon butter and my goodness I was blown away.I will be coming back very soon.
We asked to speak with the manager and were met by Mady, who seemed indifferent and insisted that my wife could not be allergic to gluten. She argued that since the pasta was labeled gluten-free, my wife shouldn’t be having a reaction, dismissing her allergy entirely. Mady claimed she had only heard of gluten intolerance, not an actual allergy. We were not looking for anything free or discounted; we simply wanted acknowledgment and an accurate understanding of the situation. Unfortunately, due to the poor service and the behavior of management, we will not be returning to this restaurant and will take our business elsewhere.

To make matters worse, my fiancé ordered a rare steak, and when we got home and opened the order, we found the steak already cut in half and severely overcooked. We also requested extra dressing for both of our house salads, but neither came with the extra dressing. I am incredibly disappointed with this location, as Carrabba's has usually been reliable in the past.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because it was my parents’ 42nd anniversary tonight, and everything was wonderful. Our server, Tony, was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. Miguel also took the time to stop by our table to congratulate my parents, which was a nice touch. We’ve always enjoyed dining at Carrabba’s, and we’re thrilled to have one closer to our neighborhood now. We’ll definitely be coming back often!
