The food is amazing! This restaurant serves the best Sri Lankan cuisine I have ever tasted in Australia. The portions are very generous and the atmosphere is nice. I highly recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely be returning. I can't wait!
If I had to choose one dish to eat for the rest of my life, it would be the hot butter cuttlefish. Although the portion size was not very large, the taste was so delicious and addictive. While the other dishes didn't impress me as much, overall it was still a good meal. The restaurant has a rustic and unique atmosphere, with an original menu and fitting cutlery and crockery. We felt comfortable dining here as a small group and were satisfied with the service. Additionally, all the dishes were affordable and on the cheaper side.
Loved the eggplant with Roti and mains very flavoursome. Portion sizes generous, almost enough to share. Nice ambiance and staff friendly. More local people should support this restaurant.
Place: Rustic and quite artistic, I really like the paintings on the wall .<br/ Food: Each dish is bursting with their own unique combinations of flavour and spices, definitely try their devilled meats, beef is my fave. Serving size is also massive, you'll end up with a food baby at the end of every meal <br/ Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful.<br/ <br/ For some reason, everytime I come here, the experience is always different, never boring, so because of this and their uber-delicious dishes, Fusion Ceylon is one of the best restos in the west, definitely a 5/5 for me.
