Lancemore Mansion Werribee Park

As a guest you would want to feel special, especially when you're staying there on your wedding day. We were booked for 2 nights, got there with no welcome note at all. What welcomed as though, was a dead moth under our pillows. The scent of the bathroom also wasn't good. Toiletries missing in the bathroom and still had to request. Overall for a $400+ a night, definitely not worth it.

Had the unfortunate to stay in this alleged 5 star hotel. I have already left a review of the hotel, so it is now the turn of the restaurant. the steak was $47 dollars, which were served only with hand-cutting chips. they were not, they were out of a package. no soße offered no salat, nothing. it was decided in principle to have the texas burger, should all have the kind in it, it was a burger with a cheese disc and an salat leaf. Handcut chips? I don't think. decided to leave the aasap and when I got the bill for over $100, I was charged $1 for aioli? if I had been accused of salt and pfeffer, I wonder. eating the whole restaurant was made with the least cost and effort, not eating fine as a five-star hotel fits. the breakfast was cold tomato, fatty cold speck and the list goes on yuk. it gets worse, booked the high tee at $85 pp. tinted salmon stale white brot, hard stones. totally disgusting to bring this out as a high tee. again scrimping on quality and saving a dollar. the personal was exemplary in every hinsicht, but surely they need to know how unhappy people are. would never stay here and recommend it to everyone. I ruined my anniversary weekend, couldn't wait until I come home to a decent meal.

5 stars hotel? what a sweat. the room was tiny and tired. the electrical appliances were faulty. I couldn't charge my phone in the bedroom without the light on, in the bathroom. the restaurant was far away, fine eating. average pubic food and not the largest service. the cooked breakfast was cold. the whole hotel needs an upgrade. elaborately torn off. the personal of the reception was beautiful and professional. the bar was inconvenient. no ambiente. no fire, unhappy seats. the reasons are beautiful, but this does not justify the prices for the hotel being calculated. I stayed in a lancemore hotel on the morning half island. very different. that was 5 stars. whoribee is not. Pity, lancemore.

Very enjoyable and the reception ladies where lovely. Ill be going back soon
