I was encouraged to try Pho Hien through an article in the Herald Sun newspaper. It claimed to be the best pho and I thoroughly agree. The pho stock had so much depth of flavour. There are many pho combinations to choose from. I had a beef combination which included offal tasty bits. The accompanying herbs and bean sprouts are very fresh and it is a generous helping. The staff are efficient and helpful. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pho Hien Saigon:
Went to Pho Hien Saigon for a quick and easy dinner. We both ordered the Chicken Beef soup. We ordered the medium size which is plenty. Good serving of both, very filling and tasted good and fresh. Service was ok but had to ask twice for glasses for our wine. Would have given a four but for having to ask twice. Good value place, will go back another time. View all feedback.

Stopped off for lunch here during the week. We ordered the noodle soup, one chicken and the other beef, both were very good and satisfying. Staff nice and friendly and comfortable seats and an enjoyable lunch. Would highly recommend.
