A facility closes (forever: the restaurant is left after about 180 years. here were festive as baptism, high times, birthdays, but also funerals (repeatly performed. but the hotel will continue. the young chefin regrets that there were no financial reasons. profis become harder and harder, the personal stress is very great (the work when others celebrate etc). for five years the decision has been postponed and reopened. So now is closed. many companies need to find a new one. [here link] eating was bourgeois, but in my eyes not particularly exciting. the small but beautiful beer garden I will most likely miss.
