Steak N Shake - Wentzville

A revamped business model from the work -a- raunt days but it's SO much better!this is by far the best S-n-S experience ever and we e been several times since they reopened the dining room.Wentzville location has easy to order kiosks and self serve drinks.food comes out pretty quickly and has been incredibleevening manager is super friendly and seems to genuinely care about the customer. pretty refreshing!!if you like S-n-S and haven't been in awhile, do yourself a favor a visit this one.(non paid real life customer, lol)

Cold food 25 min wait in the checkout line and order was wrong. The DT operator had an attitude. The boss made it right (I haven't tried to pickup my correct order so this may be edited. CHECK your food!!!!!

The dining room has reopened but it went from being a restaurant to a workaraunt. They haven't made the transition very smoothly: soda fountain was out of one type, they were out of cups, tables were dirty, but the staff were all very busy in the kitchen. I guess the staff shortage is here too and the dining area is suffering.

Order carry out at one of the kiosks. 35 minutes later and still didn’t have my food ready. Just got my money back. Complete waste of time. Never again. My family is done with Steak n Shake
