Today we had a black day at blum’s. we have ordered a teller knieper (stone craps) and in the connection fish from the grill. the knieper came half raw and in the complaint they were told they would belong. after that they were pushed into oven and came to us 15 min later still raw. the fish from the grill was panned and not from the grill. the jars had to be complained because lip pen was on by the previous guests. short of the whole visit was a real poor certificate.

The guest room is relatively small and the atmosphere as in a bistro (as the name also says, but there is also an indoor and outdoor area. But best staff! Very friendly, professional and attentive. In the evening just before the end of the shop I got a small plate of shrimp with roast potatoes in addition to my food (North Sea crab plate with two eggs, roast potatoes and salad for €16.50 . In addition, we noticed that Blum packs more crabs in the crab rolls than Gosch and is 1€ cheaper at 6.50€. Blum simply has the best price ratio absolutely recommended and our unchallenged favorite on Sylt for fish and seafood dishes!

I can't do anything here, except perhaps the Corona-related measures that have disturbed the atmosphere. Especially the service was typical Nordic and that is what makes a good fish shop. The goods offered were delicious and fresh. It's great.
