Breakfast from 8.00 o'clock 10.00 o'clock all arranged as a buffet. Service very friendly. Before booking, you always ask if an event is planned in the EC. On the 2nd we could celebrate. Evening from 00.00 a.m. didn't come back. We were in bed at 1.30 p.m. with murmous music. Attention! We will only book a hotel without event rooms in the future. Rooms: Simple, but clean. But very bright!! Activities nearby: Very nice Christmas in the center of Stralsund. Also suitable for children with many trips. Security: The hotel is closed at night. Every guest has a door key. Walkability: depending on the car! Drinks: Free water in the EC for all hotel guests.

But it should have been mentioned on the booking request, which I did only three days before the arrival that a large family celebration with DJ takes place in the middle of the week. Then you would have booked a room or not. But neither on arrival nor on the day the celebration took place, we were told that it could be loud there in the night. From 19.00 to 1:00 the music was used to the ceiling. I had the room with my 14-year-old son right over where the music ran. Of course we couldn't sleep. When I called at the reception at 23:30, I was told you would tell the DJ. Conclusion... music continued to drone and so we only came to sleep after 1:00. That's not how I imagined my vacation. Normally one would have expected a price reduction, but the next day there was not even an apology. You should take into account the next time the room is presented, that people take part in the celebration, the rooms have directly over it and other hotel guests, for example at the other end of the band or a floor higher, where the music is not so loud.
