If you're claim... read more I'm not sure why they say "Welcome" when the staff doesn't seem to mean it. Some of the front employees are really rude and have a bad attitude. If you're claiming to have rheumatism, it seems like you're bringing this on yourself. It's best to just deal with them directly. When you ask for the receipt, they'll just dig it out of the trash and hand it to you—again, with a terrible attitude! My family and I won't be dining here anymore. They were also out of apple crisps for the kids meals and instead of letting us know or substituting, we had to ask for them. But we were given extra fortune cookies instead of theapple crisps. The person serving us was friendly and the restaurant was clean

If you go claim something rhey obviously ask you for your recite. But istead of goving it to you they through it away.And if you ask for the recite they go to the trash and give it to you. However, I've noticed that they seem hesitant to ask for donations to the children's hospital, which is a very worthy cause. As a customer, I often find myself having to remind them. In most places, asking for donations has become a standard practice that customers expect. This restaurant is quite busy, and I think the children's hospital is missing out on potential donations, no matter how small, because of this reluctance. Every little bit can add up!
