The waitress was friendly an... read more We arrived at 5 PM on a Friday, expecting it to be crowded, but there was plenty of seating, and we were seated almost immediately. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and our food was served quite quickly. The dessert was excellent! There were also free refills on the fries. The chicken burger was delicious, featuring fresh-tasting guacamole. I will definitely order it again!

The host, a young man, complained all the way to our table about the lack of staff and how everyone had decided to take their breaks at the same time. Our waitress was unfamiliar with the menu; when we asked her questions, she admitted that she didn't know the answers. After taking our order, she never returned to check on us. The burger we had was decent, but after we finished eating, I noticed the cook come out of the kitchen with his gloves still on. While chatting with another staff member, he picked something up off the floor and then went back into the kitchen with those same gloves. If I had seen that before dining, I definitely wouldn’t have chosen to eat there.

Every time I come I get more and more let down.Took forever to get my food and it tasted bad plus it looked like this when I got it. Thechicken had wet pieces of lettuce in it. Just eat at home tonight it?s not worth it. Any five star review is probably anemployee or the manager. Im hangry.

The waitress asked me to show ID, I?ve never been once asked to sho... read more I have been going to this Red Robin for awhile now. I usually sit at the bar when it?s busy. The waitress asked me to show ID, I?ve never been once asked to show ID. I told her no one has asked me for ID. She said someone isn?t doing their job. Eitherthey are not doing their job or not getting the proper training. With that being said she was texting and on her phone whileworking? During my meal I felt she was a bit aggressive and trying to get me out. I will continue to go here, but hopefully Iwon?t get the waitress I had a bad experience with.
