I am so impressed by the staff ice cream! Last Saturday, my 6-year-old daughter had an evil fall over the street of Owl on the way to get into ice. Strangely, they ignore you if you should unknowingly hop onto one of the bar stools without following their protocol which is first ordering at the register. We came in on a hot day, hankering for a shake, and perched at the bar for about ten minutes, while three staff members milled around without making eye contact or so much as a hello, may I help you?
