Description

**An Evening at Atlas Fare: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**

Atlas Fare has captivated many patrons with its promising atmosphere and commendable cuisine, yet reviews reveal a mixture of sentiments. While some guests celebrate exceptional dishes like their flavorful salmon and crispy chicken, others lament overcooked items and uneven service. Notably, a recurring theme is the inconsistency in food quality, particularly regarding steaks, which disappointed some diners. Despite the ups and downs, the vibrant drinks and welcoming ambiance generally leave a lasting impression. As Atlas Fare continues to engage its clientele, fine-tuning service and menu offerings might enhance the overall dining experience.

Service was great but the food was really one note sweet soy and over done. We went to celebrate our anniversary and hoped for a special evening. Service was excellent, drinks were flavorful and atmosphere was open and welcoming. Unfortunatelyeverything we ordered was over cooked and sticky sweet. We.started with steamed clams. Warning the clams are soaked andsteamed in sweet soy?, then had scallops and clay pot shrimp everything was coated with sweet soy?!the shrimp had to be cutwith knife and chewed exhaustingly. The white beans with scallops were even sweeter. Overall we were disappointed and probablywouldn?t go back. Everything was one note sweet soy with a lot of salt. We had high hopes and maybe we just ordered the wrongthings. The bread was great, everything else was sweet and over cooked.

A great experience and great food We were finally able to get reservations (on a weeknight) so decided to try it out. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, but not hovering. The menu is not extensive, but I found several vegetarian items tochoose from (which is not the case everywhere). The non-vegetarians in our party also found enough to satisfy them. Themeals were beautifully presented and tasty as well. We will definitely consider Atlas again when we want an upscale evening out.

Delightful experience!!! Chef Rojanasthien was able to accommodate us in the serendipity of our special evening while Bartender Josh made delicious cocktails and was very engaging. Thank you for bringing such a creative restaurant and bar to CentralWashington. A new favorite, we can?t wait to return with friends, and we know now how important it is to make a reservations. All the best to you and your exceptional team.

My family and I were in Wenatchee for a concert at the gorge and we?re so Incredibly glad we dined here. The service was absolutely on point/divine. Few times have I felt such incredible hospitality, which is symbolized by the vessel in which theirsignature drink is served (do it). I felt like every detail was treated as though it was the most important. The pride camethrough with the entire staff, and when you get your first taste of their flavorful fare, it?s all over. Thanks to all of youwho made this dinner one for the book. Buen provecho!

Close to great. I showed up around 7 PM on a Saturday night without a reservation. As a party of one, I had expected to easily get a seat at the bar. The host said that they had finished dinner service and I wouldn 't be able to order anything but smallplates; I thought that was weird, as the place was not full. She implied that they were between rushes; I still wondered whythat limited me to only small plates, as I had my eye on their scallop entree. I asked for a seat at the bar where I could seeonly two people sitting yet there are eight seats. She would have to check with someone and then they sat me at the bar. I hadtwo cocktails, The Modern and a Manhattan on the rocks; both were excellent. I ordered the shrimp ceviche and the grilledCaesar salad. The ceviche was excellent and served very appropriately on shrimp chips. The balance of flavors was spot on andthe knife work on the red onions and peppers was superb. It had a hint of sweetness to balance the acidity and I think I tastedsome fish sauce great stuff! I would have liked just a bit more heat. The grilled Caesar salad is a good concept, but itwould have been better with a bit more grilling and a wood fire, but I suspect that they don 't have wood in the kitchen. Thecrostini that stood in for croutons were nothing burgers; they were small pieces of toast with grated cheese. They lacked theolive oil and garlic that makes croutons tasty. Two things detracted from my experience the noise and the obviously stressedfront of the house staff. The space is lovely, but would benefit from some sound deadening; it became quite loud at times. I 'mnot sure why the staff was running around like chickens with their head cut off as the place was not full. I suspect it isunder staffed and the poor bartender Kristy was hustling like few I 've seen before; it was drink after drink after drink forher. Afterward, I perused the small collection of excellent cookbooks by the fake fire.
