Contribute FeedbackA recent visit to TGI Fridays left much to be desired, as the limited menu and lack of vegetarian options made the experience underwhelming. The lack of ambiance, poorly prepared dishes, and sub-par service were major drawbacks for some patrons. On the other hand, positive reviews praised the exceptional service provided by waitstaff like Faith, Sandra, and Cameron, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. While some enjoyed the food and atmosphere, others were disappointed by the overall quality of the meal and service. Despite mixed reviews, TGI Fridays seems to have room for improvement in terms of consistency and customer satisfaction.
We visited this restaurant last year and service was a disaster during a busy Friday. Table had no cutlery or napkins, upon arrival the food was very nice however, I had to go to the hotplate and get my partner's dish which was left out (no one apologised). Then I had to grab my own cutlery and napkins from their cutlery drawer and had to GRAB MY OWN DRINKS too. Manager (new at the time) was all over the place as well the waiters (although they each small sections at the time). We did not want to wait for a bill any longer and proceeded to the bar to ask for a waiter. Then the manager did NOT accept my London Designer Outlet discount card although according to the service, my LDO discount would not even cover the trouble. I work in hospitality and we had difficult shifts, but we take care of guests to the maximum of our abilities. The evening at TGI was a complete disaster for our family of
We visited this restaurant last year and service was a catastrophe during a busy Friday. the table had no cutlery or serviettes, at which arrival was eating very nice, but I had to go to the hotplate and my partner dish that was left (no excused.) then I had to take my own cutlery and serviettes from their cutlery drawer and had to dig my own drinks too. manager (new to the time) was everywhere on the place as well as the waiter (although they were small sections at the time.) we no longer wanted to wait for a bill and went to the bar to ask a waiter. then the manager has not accepted my london designer outlet discount card, although after the service, my ldo discount would not even cover the effort. Faith was an amazing waitress, she always checked up on me and never ceased to give me refills without asking. Such a star
I came here with my family for a meal around Christmas time and we had a fantastic experience! Sandra, our waitress, was perfect. She was funny and friendly and great to chat to. She answered our questions about the menu quickly and accurately. The food was excellent (my double burger really hit the spot! and the memorabilia on the walls was a nice touch. Highly recommend, and thank you Sandra!
Faith provided exceptional service with her kindness and helpfulness. She consistently checked in on me to ensure I was satisfied. The level of customer service at this restaurant was outstanding.
