absolutely cute witness loves the chicken bugs a lot. I also found a change in lunch. even the veg plates taste delicious. the ambiente is very good and peaceful. I have a little to get the entrance, but at the end it has increased my appetit much. the table arrangements are somewhat closer. perhaps more space will be between the tables big and friendliness. as I told them we were doctor in nhs, I got an excellent an... I had such a bad experience with JRC at Wembley, the food was not nothing special and I had my wallet stolen there. It was strange that the reception staff did not show much support and there money withdrawn cash from my account. Avoid at any cost!!! View all feedback.

The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. Only one out of the ten staff members on site is helpful and approachable. The staff member in the barbecue section intentionally skipped our table to offer kebabs, and the staff member in the tepanyaki section seemed unhappy when we asked for assistance. Most of the food did not appear freshly cooked, seeming like leftovers that were dry, cold, and unappetizing. I would not recommend dining here as it is not worth it.

The buffet was absolutely freezing cold you didn't have much to choose from I think Watford is much better than here the service was bad would never come here ever again
We were so excited to visit your fabulous buffet restaurant outlet in Wembley last Sunday the 11th of February, around 4pm for a party of 15pax. Our group were waiting at the reception desk when the Thai receptionist asked one of us rudely to move back. Looking at her from a distant, we have a feeling that she is looking annoyed at us being there (whispering to her coworker and rolling her eyes). When approached about her attitude, she became more agitated, absolutely have no customer service skills and gave no apology at all. The 15 of us decided to go to Wagamama instead which has a very good food selection and wonderful staff. What a shame, because of just one staff bad attitude, you lost a group of potential regular customers.
