What Jane Doe doesn't like about Fa'ad's Spice Grill:
A few minutes after placing our order, the restaurant called to inform us that one of the dishes we selected was unavailable. They promised to replace it with a complimentary dish. However, when the delivery arrived, they accused us of lying and pressured us to pay the full price. We refused the order.
