We got great service at this pub which was a welcome retreat after our walk around Mardley Heath in the rain! Lovely roast dinner and bar section is dog friendly. We will definitely come back again ????????????
We only dropped by for a quick drink this lunchtime but wanted to say how friendly and kind all the bar staff and landlady were. Having a box of toys for the kids to play with outside and let us order off menu when the kids decided they wanted a snack. We aren’t locals but we were made to feel very welcome. Will definitely return when next in area.

Sat today for a high-time jubilee and Sunday dinner. eating was excellent! cooked to perfection, very tasty and exactly the right size fractions. very helpful, courtesy friendly staff and owners, great location and people sitting in the front garden in the sunshine looked like they had a very nice relaxing afternoon. the personal made us an upswing and laid out beautiful heart-shaped candles and rose petals that we did not expect! They simply went so extra so that we had a beautiful romantic jubilee dinner. it would be highly recommended. gary wendy, the dirty half hundred live band.
