I had three customers ahead of me, and by the time I was... read more I stop by for coffee and donuts a few times a week. This time, I noticed the film crew was there again. I had three customers ahead of me, and by the time I was served, there were nine people waiting behind me. It seemed like the employees were more focused on getting their faces on camera rather than helping out. The lady at the counter was doing her best, but she didn't have much assistance from the others. I've never experienced this in my own business. Customers are what keep a company going, and once the filming is done, those crew members will be gone, while the customers keep returning.

It seem... read more This is a very clean, friendly and well run Dunkin. My only issue is the breakfast empanada. The crust was delicious but the ingredients way too meager. It seemed more like a cheese empanada with a small sprinkling of sausage and scrambled eggs. Come on guys fill this thing up! If you have to charge more that’s fine.
