I reached out to a restaurant on Facebook to inquire about the carbohydrate counts of their ice cream, so he could still enjoy it during our holiday. They informed me that they would gather the information after they opened in May and that I could choose a few flavors. Just before the commemorative day, I received a Facebook message saying that all the nutritional information was now available on their website. We visited last night and requested that the staff prepare three small portions for him, rather than the usual large servings, as he had only calculated enough insulin for three small cups. They were incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was just right, even during a busy time!

Don't let the long line deter you—it moves quickly. We visited during a holiday and have already decided that the Scoop Deck will be a regular stop for us in the evenings. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the ice cream is amazing! I'm not sure which brand they use, but it's absolutely delicious!
