Qdoba Mexican Eats - Wellesley

I used to visit this restaurant weekly, sometimes even 2-3 times a week. There was a very friendly Asian employee who was always there, working the line either alone or with one other person. He was always polite, patient, and dedicated to his work, ensuring that everyone’s orders were correct and that customers were happy. However, I noticed this summer that he is no longer employed at this location. I wonder if he was let go or if he plans to return. On the other hand, the manager, Marco, was unprofessional and unhelpful; it seemed like he was an obstacle for his staff. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location again.

I ordered a dish from the over $10 menu, but the bowl was less than half full. I also got a bowl with lettuce, and they only included about 5-6 small pieces, which were hardly noticeable.

Picked up order, product was made wrong and cold. Corporate said the would give me 2 replacement meals on my loyalty card. They didn't. So basically I got the wrong food cold and no one from Qdoba actually cares. I realize that mistakes happen but the food should be going thru temp checks throughout the day.

Food outstandingly bland compared to other Qdoba locations. Fruit flies came out of the Coke Freestyle machine and the hand soap in the men's bathroom was noticibly thinned out with water to avoid replacing.

PLEASE READ OTHERS REVIEWS ASWELL Before going to THIS QDOBA. We all have similar complaints, so thats saying something. If you still going here after knowing then that's on you for how it plays but i and others wannna let you know... If you can go to other if you wanna support the chain then do so others... I will update this if things get better. So i delivery for here all the time and it seems kinda busy but the one time I actually go here to get food and it was close to closing they definitely skimmed on the portions at THIS QDOBA Others spots give better more reasonable portions, its the staff that currently work there.. they give you weird looks, they skimmed on there food, there food safety issues. They also didnt listen, they gave me the food with no bag knowing its closing, but i didnt care but the amount felt like off... But hopefully next time there good, general though QDOBA Is in my opinion better in some ways then chipotle and trust me i love my foods so im not picking on places but just wanted to say that... Definitely NOT worth going to if you expect that av avarge service, BUT if your town and wanna support by all mean, Just maybe not thos location for bang for buck!
