McDonald's - Welland

I've tried so often with this place, but every time the staff is rude, it's cold, and I have to go back in because they forget something on the car thru. Eating is a sweat! They force them to use the order form and ignore them when they need help for everything.

It was an hour before the conclusion and the dame that took our order only into the half of our mission, she even asked if she sat in it, she looked at something and said yes and also gave me flat dr. pepper instead of iced watered.

The personal is very immature. the manager replaced my order that was filled but they should get exactly what they order for the first time

Always clean, friendly staff, love that the right place is open again.

Personally, I hate this location but it's the closest one for the rare times we have McD's. I have yet to receive a correct order in the last 7 years we've been going there. They almost NEVER include sauce for nuggets or they do but don't include the extra ones they make a habit of telling me I have to pay for. They frequently neglect to add basics like napkins or straws and the last three times I went, they gave me someone else's order. The one time I thought they got it right, there was a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger in the kids meal. I don't leave the drivethru lane until I inspect everything now because they WILL screw it up and they don't care. I paid extra for sauce twice and twice when I asked for it (because naturally they weren't in the bag) I was told I hadn't asked for it and had to pau again (which I refuse and ask for a manager). Do I like holding up the line? No. But I will do so each and every time until they stop being so damn lazy and do their job correctly. I am paying for this food, I expect to get what I pay for at the very least.
