Luciano's Pizzeria(welland Ontario)

I used to go to Rose City. The staff at the counter at Rose City are ALWAYS rude like you’re a burden. So then about 6 months ago, I went to Luciano’s (kind of a hole in the wall, not in a bad way) Pizza place. I saw Joe Gonzales online talk about Luciano’s. So I gave it a whirl. The staff are very friendly, and attentive. Night and day compared to Rose City. When you walk in?….it’s like pre-Covid days. Friendly and well mannered.Customer service, I’m sure you’ll agree has been Terrible across the board since Covid. Luciano’s pizza, in my opinion is the best in Welland. It’s my go to now for 6 months. I’ve read some poor reviews on google, thank the Lord Baby Jesus I payed no attention to them. Luciano’s is in my opinion the best pizza place in the city, quality, and customer service.

1st time ever ordering at Luciano's and I won't be ordering again. 1 lg cheese pepperoni 2lbs wings and med gluten-free. $76 delivered. The GF pizza was GROSS. Dry hard crust. Undercooked and mushy inside I didn't know that could happen). The sauce on the wings is good but they were really dry. The only good part was the regular pizza.

Ordered 8 pizzas from here and everything went smoothly!They were freshly made and ready when I came to pick them up. All 8 pizzas were accurate to order as well. Price was moderate and the pizzas taste good, though nothing mind-blowing.A bit on the dry side but I prefer that to the super oily pizzas that most other places have!

Placed an order for a tray and 2lbs of wings. Recieved a total of 12 wings. Website clearly says 8-10 wings per pound. Do not order wings from this place, the owner nickel and dimes like they're made of gold. Contacted them to see if a mistake was made and they lied saying that they were jumbo wings and that 12 wings for $25 was a normal amount.

Always our go-to place for very good pizza. Wings and pizza have always been made above expectations.
