What User doesn't like about Welland Hancook Korean:
First and foremost, the customer service was absolutely terrible. It felt like the staff didn't want to be there and were frustrated with us for simply being at the restaurant.
Secondly, the food was equally disappointing. I struggled to understand how they could call themselves a Korean restaurant when they relied heavily on MSG in their dishes. I tried the tteokbokki, and it completely missed the mark. What a sha... View all feedback.
Visit this restaurant for the first time a few days ago and am really happy with the food and service.We ordered fried chicken, bibimbap and beef soup.The fried chicken that was served is the best Korean fried chicken that i’ve had so far in Adelaide.Bibimbap does not have much ingredients compared to other places but with the price of 18 bucks, that sizing is reasonable.Beef soup is tasty!
The food was delicious but the wait was over an hour for the first dish. Important to note they seemed understaffed at the time.
Today experience was so bad.We went there and order food, they told us it takes 20 to 25 mins.We waited 40 Mins then ask them how long take more but they told us just wait.We wait more then 10 mins and we ask again they said they even didn't start cook our food...And it seems likes they serve uber eat first then dine in customer..If they can't make it on time, they should let customers know first...

Loved the ambiance, the service was very nice, pricing perfect, taste good, menu good enough, spicy not enough. All i want to say is, when u say spicy it should be spicy : interior was awesome
