What User doesn't like about Sushi Train Welland Plaza:
We really loved this place until yesterday. The waitstaff were rude and carelessly dropped our orders on the table as if it didn’t matter. When we hadn’t finished eating, things took a turn for the worse. View all feedback.
Always faster service, no matter how much to do to adapt to vegan options that make dinge fresh even if it is already in the train. (one of us is creepy that the salmon dishes are fresh). only wish they have more vegan options. Otherwise, always a “going to favor”
Best sushi in the west! And in fact the best sushi train in Adelaide! Staff are always welcoming, well air-conditioned and the food is always fresh, never had a bad meal there!
What can I say, my fiancé have and I have a slight obsession with sushi train! The food is just too good, never a bad experience and all the staff are really friendly and polite! Sometime we wait a little bit to be seated in a booth but it's always worth the wait!.....all this talk of sushi is making me hungry, looks like sushi train is on the cards for dinner tonight!
This sushi train used to be good however not longer now. Waiter and waitress here is not longer kind. One of the waiter (young and tall boy) have had bad day ? Maybe ? But was horrible customer service. The sushi roll here is getting worse and fish is not fresh at all. I would chose to go genki or wasai even tho this sushi train in closest one from my house. Not going back.
My family and I are pretty much here every Sunday! There's always a line up for one of the group tables (not bar seating) but the food and super friendly service always makes it worth it. It's always fun to see what's coming up on the train and seeing how many plates I can eat #personalchallenge. I love their Chicken and Avocado Ngiri and you must try the Sushi Cola! Other faves of mine are the Takoyaki, Aburi Salmon and Ika Tempura.
