The only negative surprise then waited at... read more We had booked our table in the first pass. The dishes and the service were excellent, the ambience was very suitable. The only negative surprise then waited at the parking lot when devalued the parking ticket for us and that although we were paying guests of the restaurant, a parking fee of 6, € was due for 2 hours. This fact blew the otherwise beautiful evening considerably.

On my... read more We arrived at 5 pm (1 hour before our reservation) and although some tables were occupied by guests in the restaurant, we said we had to wait until 6 pm. On my demand that this is really serious, the staff was patty and unfriendly. We immediately lifted our table and started our journey to Hamburg. We are regular guests at the Grandhotel Heiligendamm and there would happen something NIE. I will not enter a restaurant or hotel in the foreseeable future. It seems to me that both are pretty bad as being quite persecuted.
