Do bear in mind that this hotel also serves as a high-class rehab centre with the corresponding clientelle.

The food is beautifully prepared, presented, served and tastes excellent. The waiting staff is well trained and extremely friendly. It 's a pleasure to be a guest and eat there. They offer...a variety of dishes, including special menu choices for gluten free and lactose intolerant people. Their serves are smallish but enough for me and they always ask whether you had enough and would bring more, if you didn 't. Their idea is that the plate returns empty to the kitchen and not to waste food, which I totally endorse. Given the level of the experience, a single waitress who is not 'top ' makes a huge difference and one of the 3 evenings I ate there I didn 't feel welcome by one of the people taking orders. That 's a pity, given the level of the rest of the staff.
