The beer was too warm for my liking (the neighboring table seemed to have had a similar problem, but here the beer was stale and was returned). The carp fillet was red and I haven't been able to figure out yet whether that's okay or not. Opinions differ on this in forums. However, the waitress offered to cancel this dish and order a new one, which is a clear plus point. The first impression of the service wasn't that friendly at first (but it improved over the course of the evening). Compared to other restaurants in the area, I can only give it three stars.

The veal schnitzel was almost 2cm thick and streaked with fat was it really veal? The Schäuferle seemed warmed up, with no trace of a crispy crust. For us it was the first and last visit. In the 90s, this pub was already busy in the mornings by the older generation. There were discussions and a cozy get-together. Today they die alone at home.
