A nice little bar in the middle of the Weinheim city centre. The city wall offers a smoker and a smoker room inside and is usually quite well visited. Prices are cheap. I prefer to go there for the weekend with my friends. There are cocktails, long drinks, wine and soft drinks. Also there is every Thursday all you can drink for only 10 euros.
