Unfortunately not all of the restaurants/bars/cafes on the location live up to that standard. The food was mediocre at best and the prices high...class. Overall good for having a drink but not for grabbing a bite.

Although the restaurant is small, it is very cozy and exudes a feeling of gemütlichkeit We shared the Diebslochplatte which is a sampling of the most popular entrees (bratwurst, maultaschen, wurstsalat,...schnitzel, schäufele, and saumagen). You also receive bratkartoffeln, sauerkraut, and kartoffelsalat on the tray. IT IS A TON OF FOOD. We were hungry but had to walk away with plenty of food left on the plate but everything was so good. Our server (Cecilia was very friendly, answered all of our questions and even put up with my poor German. If I had a hard time understanding something she quickly transitioned our conversation to English. We sat near the kitchen and I was able to take a peak inside and everything was CLEAN. If you are in Weinheim and looking for good food and a good value, go to Diebsloch.
