The ambience of the old GDR furnishings, withered poinsettias and cobwebs on the lamp absolutely does not match the star prices. Food was served on dirty plates after an hour, there was no children's meal. As an alternative, my son was served a tough and fatty chop with loads of onions at an outrageous price. The other dishes were ok to good, but very profane. No special extra. The waiter, who was clearly doing his best, could no longer tear that out. However, in the end he didn't ask whether we liked it either.
Chris Krause is a very good cook. Value is placed on quality, craftsmanship and freshness. The ambience is bright and friendly, and the service is great. We would love to come back
We sat outside in the garden and had an excellent meal, professional and friendly waiter and marvelous atmosphere under the wine vines. The menu incorporated fresh and local ingredients skillfully prepared
Excellent kitchen very personal advice from the service staff. I'll be back soon in any case
The Laubenhöhe restaurant is highly recommended, a bit hidden but easy to find with GPS. Great advice on the choice of dishes and matching wines, courteous service, delicious freshly prepared and seasonal dishes, even the chef is not afraid of contact with the guests. We'd love to come back
