Was Anonym at Zum Siechenbräu a mag?
We didn't have a table reservation and the few tables there were all taken; however, the guests at the biggest table allowed us to sit on their table where there was enough room for another four people. Apparently this place has not only nice, excellent service, but nice, friendly customers as well. I had the daily special with onion soup as an appetizer, and it was great. I especially liked the potato croquettes. I'... View all feedback.

Very nice tasty food and friendly staff. Gulyash with special Türinger klöße is very tasty. When I come to Weimar next time I will visit this restaurant more!!! Oksana from Ukraine

Likes: price was low, we (husband and I) ate pork ribs with potatoes and sauerkraut until we couldn't eat more! The beer was good and cold. Dislikes: no dessert, except for ice cream.

Traditional Thüringer beer garden. Local, very tasty beers (Siechn Weizen vom Fass), very nice host. Delicious food great seating in front of the restaurant. I'll be back in a defined way!

Great service, historic ambiance. Unfortunately, half stars aren 't an option. The house-brewed beer was fantastic. The goulash portion could have been a bit larger, especially considering the menu mentions big appetites. The dumplings were good, but the topping consisted of somewhat hard bread cubes. The red cabbage dish couldn 't have been better. It was nice and creamy, but cooked for a long time. The goulash itself consisted of six or seven pieces, one of which was a bit dry, and another still had a crust like a roast. Hmmm, there 's room for improvement there. The waiter was great and contributed to the overall positive experience.
