We expected the same Subway service as everywhere else but they refused to take our order because they already wiped down the counter. Four employees just stood there saying that yes they are open but they don't want to work. If I were their boss I'd fire them all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Outrage... read more Yesterday we got three Foot Longs, and during preparation, everything ripped open—the sub ripped several times. And yet they still packaged and sold it. Outrageous! I don't understand why they hire someone who can't do it properly. Then we weren't even allowed to use our coupons because the supervisor couldn't handle it. Absolutely terrible service. It was our first time, and never again! We prefer to go to the Subway at Theaterplatz; the atmosphere is always great, and they know what they're doing!

Some of t... read more The staff were a bit lackluster, but the food was tasty. A major downside: maybe someone should take care of the counter. It looks truly unappetizing. Some of the food was frozen, and you couldn't even choose anything unless you wanted an iced pickle. When asked about this, the three ladies immediately became snippy and bitchy.
