It's supposed to be a l... read more That was the last time I got a burger there. Either something was missing from previous orders, or, like this time, I just got THAT ?! . It's supposed to be a long chicken... super unappetizing, old salad, the meat old, dry, and looks like a shoe sole. It's just disgusting that they're not ashamed... my commute home is only 3 minutes, so that can't and shouldn't be the reason. I was there recently for ONE strawberry milkshake. I get home, look forward to my drink, and it's just vanilla? How much can you hate your job... or it seems too hard ‍

They probably... read more They mixed up the plant-based products and served us meat. When we spoke to the staff, they were aware that they had given out the wrong product. They probably hoped we wouldn't notice and would just eat the meat. We had to realize the mistake ourselves and bring it up. Some people don't eat meat/animal products, not only for ideological/religious reasons, but also for allergic/health reasons. The staff apparently didn't care. Anaphylactic shock isn't far off.
