Rösle's customer service has earned 6 out of 5 stars. I had sent a question about a proble with the knife block. I immediately got a competent information and then sent a free spare part, although there was no guarantee. Super customer oriented????, thank you View all feedback.

Unfortunately, after not even a year, I have broken a glass lid from a pot set into a thousand pieces.... With the very similar Fissler pots, it never happened to me. Unfortunately, I did not find a service number, but would have to fill out a contact form with 15 fields! With all personal data, serial number (my pot lid ????? really bad.
