Everyone... read more We stayed at the end of August with a group in connection with overnight stays at Hotellerie Schloss Wissen on Friday and Saturday here in the evening. Everyone was thrilled by what the kitchen has prepared for exquisite dishes. On the 2nd evening, a whole beef fillet and a maize spodularde were served on the table, all with matching fresh supplements and superlecker. Unfortunately only 1 photo of the dessert that has perfectly rounded the picture of the entire menu. The friendly restaurant guide has answered our wishes individually and recommended great wines. The entire staff is very friendly. Compliment to the young kitchen team.
