We were seated promptly, and the service was exceptional—attentive and accommodating throughout our dinner. I highly recommend trying the whipped ricotta appetizer and the spicy rigatoni from their menu. Although we didn’t try any cocktails this time, they looked delicious, and we’ll definitely be back to sample them. Starting with the whipped homemade ricotta as an appetizer was an excellent choice. The dinners were equally impressive! Our server, Anderson, was incredibly welcoming and offered great recommendations. Throughout our visit, Anderson was very attentive and made our experience even better. It was our first time at Drift, but it certainly won’t be the last!
