This is no longer the Yellow River Saloon; it is now Route 35. It is relatively new and they are just starting out. The hamburger is $10 and the chips we received were all broken and the hamburger was on top (should be next to each other) making those chips soggy. Waited a LONG time for waitress to look at us....we finally flagged one down and got a menu ..20 minutes later we got a really nice waitress...not like that first one...this one was from another section....really nice...she got a $10 tip from me....she was very busy but very efficient....not like the first one...she asked every table twice if they needed anything so she didn't have to wait on us...she was a very loud... I personally thought the burger was overdone, but then I like them medium rare. The crispy chicken was good and definitely worth trying. Onion rings and jalapeño poppers were good and worth trying. They do make good cocktails there as well. It seemed a friendly place and everyone was polite. While what they have to offer is typical bar food, I think expanding the menu a bit would be helpful, but that may be down the road. All in all I would recommend stopping by and giving it a try.
We stopped in for lunch after kayaking the yellow river, and it was good.

French fries were soggy.... hamburger was great.....shrimp dinner was wonderful........first time here.... probably last...
