I didn't get the Mac and the cheese, but this is an item that is expensive along with add-ons to certain items. Very delicious and fresh food. I had the pork bell rolls that are only pork bao like in a ramen restaurant. My drink was the Huckleberry that tasted good, just too much ice cream. The table was very unique with a relaxed take. Think about your own outdoor terrace table. I like eating it at the table. My main course was the southern fried chicken. Some of the best chickens on the bone I had in awhile. It fell from the bone and the bread was very crispy. I liked the house of Coleslaw and the fresh potatoes. You can say the difference in freshness. It was a little more business than normal I suppose as our food came out a bit, even the appetizer. The staff was nice and often checked in. If the waiting time was lower and food was just a tad cheaper, then it would be perfect.

I have to say, I spent about... read more We had an amazing lunch last weekend to wrap up our staycation and had a great time. It was a perfect day which definitely helped. I have to say, I spent about 17 years in the restaurant business from busser to GM…So yeah I can be a bit critical,but also extremely appreciative when things go well. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, food quality,fair prices and extremely attentive service. Katie was great! We do not drink and she was very happy to accomodate the cocktailmenu without alcohol and the drinks came out perfect. She also brought fresh fountain selzter waters without us even asking,which almost never happens anymore. There was an issue with the ac(? which caused a slight (annoying buzzing and I mentionedto her and she immediately told her supervisor and remedied it. We got the shrimp tacos which were awesome, the mezze boardwhich was tasty and split the crispy nashville sandwhich. We will definitely be back!
