This restaurant is extremely slow and serves chicken that is quite unappealing. They usually offer chicken that was cooked several hours ago and do not prepare any fresh chicken for the rest of the day.
The chicken at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing. I would suggest visiting Market Basket and preparing your own meal instead. With 50 years of experience in the food service industry, I can confidently declare this to be a subpar dining experience.
Terrible experience! Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line, placed and paid for our order, only to be told they were out of chicken. Then, the young manager threatened to call the police when I gave feedback about their service.
Every time I visit KFC, there’s a 20-25 minute wait in line. When I finally reach the speaker to place my order, I’m told they’re out of chicken. They should at least put up a clear sign instead of a soaked, unreadable piece of paper with ink running. I think I’m done with this location.
I went to KFC to pick up a meal for my family. When I got to the drive-thru and placed my order, I was informed they were out of thighs. After some back and forth, I chose an original bucket of chicken instead, only to find out they were out of that as well. This is the second time I've encountered this problem at KFC. I truly hope they improve their inventory management in the future.
