While the passionate and excellent management, particularly by India, adds a welcoming touch, inconsistency in staff professionalism detracts from the experience. Although the food remains well-received, patrons should be prepared for potential service hiccups, especially during peak times. Despite some frustrations, loyal customers still find comfort in returning for its beloved cuisine and desserts.

The food was delicious. The service was a bit slow, but it was obvious they were understaffed. Our waitress was working hard, but I believe she and the cook were the only two staff members there until a third employee arrived to assist with takeout orders halfway through our meal.
The service is always quick and friendly. I really enjoy coming to this restaurant!
This is my favorite Friendly's location. The manager, Ann, is always fantastic! It's a joy to see her whenever we visit.
What an amazing dining experience! Waitress was great and food was amazing. Will definitely be back!
Iconic place for a classic meal and desert. We grew up with Friendly's always available for family meals. It's not the low price place it used to be. A meal for two with sundaes runs over $50 now. But it will always be our go-to for comfort food.
