The manager of this restaurant, India, is truly excellent. She is hardworking, passionate, and has a great personality that puts customers at ease. However, my only issue was with another manager named Katie, who was overheard making inappropriate comments about me to other employees. This was very unsettling. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Friendly's:
If you're looking for quick service, avoid going during the winter break. The restaurant is staffed by young people who prioritize serving their friends over other customers. We visited on a Monday at 8:30 a.m. and were served promptly, but noticed a family of three waiting much longer for their food compared to a group of four younger customers who arrived after them. This place is old and tired. I've been here for a long time, but nothing really changed. the service is ok, especially younger staff. ice is hit or miss with advertised aromen.
Even when busy everyone was pleasant. Fountain very good to make me safe with my peanut allergy.
One of the last Friendly's around. And still great sundaes!
The waitress was probably the only decent experience here our fries looked old and tasted stale a little discolored my mom's soda was flat they had nothing but sea salt and the fries weren't even seasoned the bathroom was absolutely disgusting I don't think we will return here again
The food was good but very slow bringing our orders!!
