So far I have had no problems with food at Friendly’s. I only had one problem with Customer Service one time and the owner took care of it right away. Every other time I’ve called it’s been very good.The crispy chicken salad is awesome. View all feedback.

This place is terrible. Second time I've been in, second time I've walked out. Was seated at a table, no server ever came over. Sat 2 other tables, and took there orders, but not mine.To busy talking and not paying attention! View all feedback.
The food was delicious. The service was a bit slow, but it was obvious they were understaffed. Our waitress was working hard, but I believe she and the cook were the only two staff members there until a third employee arrived to assist with takeout orders halfway through our meal.
The service is always quick and friendly. I really enjoy coming to this restaurant!
This is my favorite Friendly's location. The manager, Ann, is always fantastic! It's a joy to see her whenever we visit.
What an amazing dining experience! Waitress was great and food was amazing. Will definitely be back!
Iconic place for a classic meal and desert. We grew up with Friendly's always available for family meals. It's not the low price place it used to be. A meal for two with sundaes runs over $50 now. But it will always be our go-to for comfort food.
