Five Guys - Webster

I ordered from here directly before they moved to their new location over the street. I've never been to five guys. they had a grilled cheese ad that came on my Facebook feed again and again, and it looked good, and it got me. I am vegetarian, and so is my mother, and I have shared the collection on the side and the order with her. we have the grilled cheese and the veggie sandwich and big pommes because I have heard big things about them. the grilled cheese was okay. I'd get it back, but I wouldn't get out of this. I liked the veggie sandwich better, but I ordered online and took some of the veggies away. the load called me and thought it was a mistake, lol. it wasn't, and it was good. it was more like a blt without speck. If I come back, I'd get it back. but the pommes; they were very disappointed for both of us. they were somehow burned, a little soggy and not very good at all. I was surprised because I thought they were big. curbside pickup was very easy. it is a great option during the COVID times.

Had always been happy with five youngs. especially her pommes. Unfortunately, the last visits were terrible. soggy. limp. very warm. probably not back.

What upsets me the most is when the guy operating the fryer has his pants down so low that his boxers are hanging out and nobody behind the counter says anything to him grosses me out!!!!

The service was really good, however the fries were so salty I could barely stand them. I know some people like salt but it's harder to take salt off than to add it. I'm just saying. I did enjoy the grilled cheese sandwich they made though. Definitely yum!

This is my new favorite burger joint. It surpasses all those burger joints that Rochesterians covet. The fries are even excellent.
