Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit to this location. They really need to make improvements.

However, when the staff notices that the donuts look as unappetizing as a hockey puck, it might be better to cancel the order. I was really disappointed with the quality of the donuts. I ended up spending $50 just to feed the birds in my backyard, and they didn’t seem to appreciate it either!

When I got to my destination and opened the cup, I was disappointed to see it was only half full and lacked whipped cream, not to mention it tasted terrible. There was no peppermint flavor at all, and I ended up spending $14 on it. I won’t be returning. Every time I go, the drinks are consistently cold, and this has happened on several occasions. It’s really frustrating to spend so much money and receive such poor service.

I paid extra expecting the better quality coffee I've had at other locations. Very disappointed! Don’t mess with a man’s coffee!

The small hole meant to regulate pressure and allow the coffee to flow smoothly is blocked by a plastic clasp that often comes loose and ends up hitting you on the nose when you try to take a sip. This causes hot coffee to spill down the cup and onto your clothes. Who designed this? Probably the same people who gave us Coke.
