Very cost effe... read more I hadn't been since Covid came. I was as excited as my grandkids. I love the 1hr band. Endless games for 1 hr and it can be paused while you eat! Very cost effective. Love the salad bar. Sit and let the kids go crazy. No worried. It was a great birthday party.

I went here with my kid for a birthday party, and while the pizza was... read more While I rarely rate big chains, I wanted to emphasize my appreciation for the staff here. I went here with my kid for a birthday party, and while the pizza was a bit on the salty side, and the cake not overly interesting, the staff there did a phenomenal job of staying approachable and smiling, high energy, and service-minded in a room full of noise from the arcade, over-excited and sugared up kids, and the occasional Karen. My kid had a lot of fun, enjoyed the food and cake, and was happy trying the arcade machines, so overall success with that as well. No idea about price, as drinks and 2 hours of free play was covered by the birthday host. All in all, good experience, would recommend for a (hopefully) less stressful birthday party venue, and again, all the appreciation for the staff that put in great effort in a job that for sure doesn't pay them enough. Kudos to them!

He was our party host on Saturday and was also managing two other parties while working incredibly hard. We really appreciate you, Erik! Thank you for making my niece's 5th birthday celebration so special. My sister is battling cancer, and Sunday was the first family outing we've had in years. It meant a lot to us that everything went so well. Thank you all!

The kids and my co... read more I attended a gathering for distant relatives while traveling some time ago. The restaurant felt quite pricey compared to others I've visited. The kids and my cousins had a good time, and the adults were able to relax, which was nice. However, I did notice a cockroach near the bathroom door. The pizza, considering the cost, wasn't impressive either. I also observed what seemed like upper management being somewhat rude to the staff, which made me wonder if there was some underlying issue affecting their treatment. Despite these concerns, I did manage to have some fun playing games when I got bored.
