The kids and my co... read more I attended a gathering for distant relatives while traveling some time ago. The restaurant felt quite pricey compared to others I've visited. The kids and my cousins had a good time, and the adults were able to relax, which was nice. However, I did notice a cockroach near the bathroom door. The pizza, considering the cost, wasn't impressive either. I also observed what seemed like upper management being somewhat rude to the staff, which made me wonder if there was some underlying issue affecting their treatment. Despite these concerns, I did manage to have some fun playing games when I got bored.

I decided to take my kids to the location in Webster,... read more I am really upset and disappointed. I hadn’t been to Chuck E. Cheese in years—probably since I was a kid. I decided to take my kids to the location in Webster, TX, and ended up being charged three times for what should have been a single purchase. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive the points for any of those charges. It was such a letdown. I’ve tried to contact Guest Relations multiple times, but I haven’t received a single response. I regret bringing my kids here. When Chuck E. Cheese came out to dance, the female employee who was supposed to be entertaining looked wobbly and embarrassed instead. It felt like she wasn’t putting in any effort. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for my family, and we definitely won’t be returning.

He was our party host on Saturday and was also managing two other parties while working incredibly hard. We really appreciate you, Erik! Thank you for making my niece's 5th birthday celebration so special. My sister is battling cancer, and Sunday was the first family outing we've had in years. It meant a lot to us that everything went so well. Thank you all!
