I ordered the chicken with cashews, sesame chicken, and crispy pork. All dishes were lacking moisture and were dry.
I recently visited a Chinese restaurant and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Despite being in business for over 20 years, the staff lacked customer service skills and had poor English. The food was over boiled and lacked seasoning. I even found brillo or steel pad particles in my meal, which was confirmed to be from their cleaning pads. The egg rolls and noodle soup I ordered were burnt, stale, and not properly made. The broth tasted like boiled water and the chicken seemed artificial. When I asked for a refund, the staff was argumentative and unapologetic. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience and will not be returning to this establishment.
Avoid this restaurant! The food was terrible. The chicken dish was mostly bread, overpowering any other flavors, and it tasted like it came straight from a can.
So I ordered orange tofu and apparently with all combos it standard to fade I spoke with kevin who was very nice and understanding that I did not eat meat and would want a refund, he asked that I bring back what I did the next day and had to with who seemed like the owner and who definitiw needs some classes in customer service. she was rude and totally embarrassed in front of a room full of customers. why do they have a place to determine on the line which type of rice u what, if it is standard to roast pork fried rice and his beautiful and understanding for their customers I can and will go some where otherwise their behavior was not unacceptable. and to end they do not take my left over eat itp during the covid and open it on the the theke they bring it into their kitchen!
