The staff wasn't very friendly, and it took quite a long time to receive our food. When the employee packaged it, he placed the bag on the counter a bit roughly, causing the to-go box to pop open and create a mess inside the bag. Additionally, I found the prices to be excessively high.
It's ironic that the owners prioritize profit when they can't even maintain more than one location or keep their business in the black. Over the years, I've met at least half of the staff, and not a single employee has ever left with anything positive to say about the owners. It's truly disappointing that they let go of the only general manager who was friendly, kind, and had a positive outlook. If it were possible, I would give this place a 0 out of 5.
Overall, this is a great place to eat, but considering the price I paid for the quality of the rice, it wasn't worth it. Their prices are comparable to McDonald's or Starbucks—$10 for a burrito and a side of rice. It’s good, but not that good. If the prices were lower, or the quantity or quality of the food improved, I would definitely come back. I'm still recommending people check it out; I just won't be returning for a while.
