Been a fan of the franchise for many years and I found myself hungry in Mississauga, decided to give it a try and it definitely set a new standard for the Wing Machine franchise. The quality of the pizza is alsoreally good, can certainly say it?s the one of the best ones in the Mississauga region. Thanks to the Owner Ted for the sinceredisplay of hospitality. To start, this isn’t entirely the restaurant’s fault, but the order took nearly two hours to arrive. By the time it got here, both burgers were completely soggy, with wilted lettuce, and my burger was missing the bacon I paid extra for. There was also a tear in the packaging, and I accidentally cut my finger trying to open the wings. The onion rings were very cold and soggy, and I never received my cheesy garlic breadsticks. That said, the wings were delicious—the best I’ve had in a long time—despite being cold and having to eat them while nursing a sore, bleeding thumb! I used to work at a restaurant that handled Skip the Dishes orders, so my advice is to find a way to keep food warm until the courier arrives or time preparation better so the food comes out just before pickup. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and felt like I wasted a lot of money, but I might give this place another try in person since their in-store reviews are great and the wings were truly tasty.
