I was taking time in ordering in the drive-thru, but they were patient with me and made sure i got everything. Being a vegetarian, i don't get much options in sandwiches. So, one of my friend who works in a Tims in another city, suggested me to get a toasted croissant sandwich with hash brown, tomatoes and lettuce. I ordered that with my usual dark roast double double. oh, it was heavenly. Loved it so much that i am gonna order it next time as well. Thanks Tims

The worst employee ever I come to this Location because I’m on my brake on this is the closest one to my work place and everytime I go they tell me to wait a second while the drive thru is empty and they always make mistakes with my order and I don’t say anything they slam the window in my face but today afternoon I was trying to make a big order and most of them are wrong when I went back and told her he started saying I can’t change it for you and next time you wanna make a big order come to the front and find a bigger Tim Hortons the after all she slammed the window in my face again this is the worst customer service ever very unprofessional and very rude and very disrespectful and disgustingI

So trash u wait over 25 mins for 1 drink 0 customers inside and they still manage to scre up a single drink order fkn trash u ask for one thing u end up paying for something else that goes in the trash fkn ridiculous go across the street instead of here

Whenever 'Christine ' makes my orders, something is always missing or wrong. I asked for 1 sugar, 3 creams. I got 3 sugars 1 cream. Double toasted bagel? single toasted. 1 sugar? no sugar. Like, it 's ON THE SCREEN. just read the screen ?

This is third time I ordered OREO ICE CAB from this location. And i got oreo’s on top of my drink only first time. In my second or third order I didn’t get any oreo’s on top. So, please it’s my suggestion that make order properly what customer want. Thanks
