The restaurant was not busy, and there were plenty of servers available. However, despite asking a couple of times, no one came to refill my coffee. While the staff was friendly and courteous, I did feel the absence of coffee refills.

Both dishes were well-prepared, and the quality seemed good; however, the flavors were not as vibrant as I had hoped. It might just be the style of the local chef, but I was disappointed that I didn't have the same enjoyable experience here as I have at other locations in the chain.

The customer service experience to me is a critical part of the experience, and they failed at this point. I will not be coming back here again. After thinking about it for the last hour, I've decided to downgrade from 2 stars to 1. Yes, the customer experience is that bad.
