The customer service experience to me is a critical part of the experience, and they failed at this point. I will not be coming back here again. After thinking about it for the last hour, I've decided to downgrade from 2 stars to 1. Yes, the customer experience is that bad. They serve breakfast all day, and it was among the best I've had in a long time. I ordered the grilled chicken and eggs combo, which was a generous meal that kept me satisfied until the evening. The flavors were incredible! The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, promptly accommodating all my requests. The prices are reasonable, and I honestly have no complaints.
