Skyway Jack's Breakfast Lunch - Feedback

What Katherine Moore doesn't like about Skyway Jack's Breakfast Lunch:
I have been twice. Once was on Mother’s Day this year, once was about ten years ago. Both times the service was slow (which is understandable on Mothers Day) and the pancakes were dry and tasted floury. The other food was excellent, the portions were HUGE too. This place is a nice place to get breakfast and maybe lunch, but we only had breakfast. The staff is REALLY nice, everyone said Hi and even the lady behind the grill asked where we were going and made us feel really welcome! It is a smaller place, but on a Friday morning it was not crowded. You order at the register, so if you grab a menu and sit down you will need to get up to order, the staff did let us know that....
