They open whatever time they want. In the mornings are always late and you have to wait outside. Last time I went to their store at 10:10 and a very rude lady that was also on her phone she was telling me we are not open don’t you see. Meanwhile the doors were open. Worst customer service ever.
Very rude customer service. The girl working there was just ignoring the customer and not even a warm welcome. No thank you and just kept the tea without even letting us know it's ready.

Pretty decent spot to grab some bubble tea. I got the original milk tea and it’s pretty nice and sweet. The consistency is smooth and it’s a little creamy. The only problem with this place is that it should have a lot more bubble tea options, like in other bubble tea stores.
