Came Friday night, took 45mins just to get my pizza. Front counter told us washroom was out of service. Fine but why was the whole back floor of the store sticky? As well tables were not clean. Unpleasant to come here with family. Find another pizza pizza store. View all feedback.
Twice I come here and both times the guys are too busy talking loud in panjabi I waited on purpose to see how long it would take to order in person and after 7 mins of waiting someone offered help. By then I definitely didn’t want to leave my money or tip there. Mind you I live 2 mins away and pizza is my fav pizza but I’ll take subway with good service in stead
I loved everything about this pizza pizza location , please visit if you have kids and want to sit and eat in a nice clean environment
Today my teenage kids went to order a simple large pepperoni pizza. It was probably done in 10 minutes. They were waiting there for 50 mins until I called to ask them what's taking so long.Their pizza was ready sitting on a side and nobody called their order while all other customers had their ready order called.The pizza is COLD! Also a bit overbaked. I'm speechless. This is bad service. You lost many future orders from hungry teens.UPDATE: after receiving standard rely from pizza owner below that does not provide email or direct phone to contact for further details as he/she asked, I'm still not satisfied with service.
My family loved the pizza here, we had dinner last week, and got the hot and fresh pizza on table on time. Very delicious.
